Celebrating Pioneer Heritage!

We have had a busy month....so we are a little behind on posting our activities! Laurels Camp Pics. will be posted next week, but just wanted to add that we had an awesome time! More on that later!

This week we were asked to help Sis. Hadley and Sis. Lindhardt with the Stake 24th of July Ogden Parade Float. Many of the girls have been busy cutting leaves out of foam at home, which has helped them with their Personal Progress goals. Once they were all cut out, we met at the Chadbourne's, where we dipped all of the leaves in paint and hung them from string in the yard to dry. We also helped make flowers out of tissue paper. Our Sweet Bishop showed up with cold drinks and candy bars! They were yummy! The next morning we came back and dipped all of the leaves in glitter! It was a lot of work, but we had fun doing it! Can't wait to see the final product! Thanks to all of the Young Women who came and helped, there were a lot of you and it was SO appreciated!

Welcome to the hive!!

For our activity, we got together and made a cute poster and some cookies for our incoming beehive! It was fun and we hope she feels welcome in the "hive".
