We just survived our first Personal Progress night without our favorite.....Sis. Hodson! She was taken from us this last week to serve as the Relief Society President..... and we're not happy! But, we managed to pull off a great activity in which we provided a lot of service and passed off some of our Achievements! Two of the girls went with Sis. Rodgers to help the Morris family. The rest of us stayed at the church and decorated Baby Onesies for the Church Humanitarian Center. The onesies will be sent to countries where parents don't have any clothing for their newborns and for that reason, the newborns are not allowed to leave the hospital until they do. Now because of our YW, there will be many happy parents and babies! Afterwards, we ate yummy treats, thanks to Sis. Rodgers, and then headed over to say our "Good-byes" to Sis. Hodson. She wasn't home, so we left some tulips and an adorable card to let her know we love and will miss her!It was a great night!
Now for the "....and then some's!" These are pics. from some of our recent activities. We went sleigh riding in Feb. with the YM and then we had a wonderful activity last week at Sis. Watts home where she gave us the follow-up portion of our Color Tests.
This blog was designed to be a place where Young Women, Parents, and Leaders can check in to see what is happening with the Hansen Meadows Ward Young Women. There will be monthly activity updates and pictures, information about upcoming events, and anything else exciting that is going on. We hope this will be a great way for everyone to stay involved and get to know one another! Thanks for checking in!

We are Daughters of our Heavenly Father, who loves us and we love Him. We will "stand as witnesses of God at all times and in all things, and in all places" (Mosiah 18:9) as we strive to live the Young Women values, which are:
Faith Divine Nature Individual Worth Knowledge Choice and Accountability Good Works Integrity and Virtue
We believe as we come to accept and act upon these values, we will be prepared to strengthen home and family, make and keep sacred covenants, receive the ordinances of the temple, and enjoy the blessings of exaltation.
